Lynda Barrus
Special Education
Lynda Barrus has worked with children for over 30 years. She has a B.S. in Special Education from the University of Utah and an M.A. in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Grand Canyon University. Lynda has worked with Youth Care since 2020.
Lynda enjoys the energy and fresh perspective that youth have on life. She enjoys watching them learn about themselves and finding the skills that they excel in.
has 3 wonderful children and 2 spunky cats. When Lynda is not working at Youth Care she is teaching youth yoga, mindfulness skills and skills for social emotional learning. Her hobbies include traveling, exploring new places and painting.
