Mindy Exon
Program Director
Mindy Hoke Exon has been with Youth Care since 2002. Mindy has worked as a residential coach, a residential supervisor, employee specialist, and is currently the Program Director. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Mindy enjoys hiring and training and constantly is looking for ways to improve the program and provide ongoing training for residential staff and supervisors. Her impact and leadership equips the staff at Youth Care with the tools they need to provide exceptional care for all those who come here for care. Mindy is the mother of three and when not at work she and her girls enjoy hiking, swimming, water parks, paddle boarding, and exploring Utah’s great outdoors.
