Rebecca Bell, LCMHC
Becky is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who utilizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and inner-child trauma work. Becky has experience in both residential and outpatient clinical settings with a focus on substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, and trauma. She strives to create a safe and accepting environment that encourages healing, growth, authenticity, and vulnerability. Her goal with clients is to increase their internal value, feelings of self-worth, and instill hope. Becky believes that people must feel validated and heard in order to be receptive to changing their behaviors and challenging their own negative core beliefs. She is passionate about providing space for healthy connection to foster well-being and improve relationships, both with oneself and with others.
Becky received her Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Utah in 2004 and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix in 2016.
Outside of work, Becky enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling to National Parks, thrift shopping, and reading as much as possible. She loves swimming, camping, yoga, and visiting museums.
